LIIT with Lou is open to women of all fitness levels—whether you’re a beginner, getting back into movement, or looking for a sustainable way to build strength. My program is designed for busy moms, professionals, and anyone who wants low-impact, effective workouts that fit real life. LIIT stands for Low-Intensity Interval Training. It is a strategic, science-backed approach to movement that focuses on slow, controlled intervals rather than high-impact, fast-paced exercise. LIIT strengthens your muscles, stabilizes your joints, and supports your nervous system so your body can actually absorb the work you are doing. This style of training prioritizes form, breathing, and intentional pacing, which improves mobility, endurance, and long-term strength without overwhelming your body. LIIT is important because it finally offers women a way to get strong, lean, and confident without sacrificing their energy, hormones, or mental health. It is sustainable, restorative, and designed to help you feel good not just during your workouts, but throughout your entire life.
Workouts are 30 minutes and they are done virtually making them easy to fit into busy schedules while still being effective. Every session is designed to build strength, confidence, and capability
You do not need any equipment to start LIIT with Lou. I train busy women every day using simple, effective movements that can be done in a living room, a bedroom, or even next to a crib. Your body weight alone is enough to build strength, stability, and confidence. If you do have a few items at home such as light dumbbells, a yoga mat, or resistance bands, we can absolutely incorporate them to level up your training. But they are never required. My goal is to make fitness accessible, flexible, and realistic so you can show up exactly as you are with whatever you have.
When you train with me you are getting a coach who is genuinely invested in your growth, your confidence, and your long-term success. I show up with honesty, encouragement, structure, and accountability, because I believe women deserve a coach who is present and who truly cares. I will guide you through every movement, help you correct form, and teach you how to listen to your body so you can build strength that actually supports your life.
